Fabrication Technician

The Position:

We are looking for an individual who has an eye for detail and is not afraid to work hard. We take an entry level applicant and teach them the skilled trade of fabricating precision materials. The perfect individual is dependable and positive. They take initiative and work well on a team.

Work schedule will be Monday – Friday from 5am-1:30pm and starts at $20 per hour for entry level applicants. Experienced fabrication technicians starting pay scale: $20-$27 per hour DOE.

Must Haves:

  • Ability to work easily with 80 lbs and occasionally lift 85-100 lbs

  • Excellent basic math skills

  • Ability to read a tape measure

  • Ability to pass a drug test and “Fit for Duty” physical exam

  • Willing to complete a background check*

  • Ability to hear, read and speak fluent English with legible handwriting

Payroll Specialist

The Position:

We are looking for an individual with payroll processing experience to join our Human Resources department. We need them to have a strong knowledge of Excel and Adobe, be able to multi-task and keep tight deadlines, have strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain professional confidentiality. The perfect individual is dependable, positive, detailed, self starter, and a quick learner.

Work schedule will be Monday – Friday with flexible start times and DOE $24-$28 per hour.

Must Haves:

  • A minimum of 2+ years payroll processing experience

  • Excellent basic math skills

  • Detailed knowledge of Excel and Adobe

  • Ability to pass a drug test and willing to complete a background check*

  • Ability to hear, read and speak fluent English with legible handwriting

  • Communicate well in a team-setting and with customers over the phone

  • Past experience with Paylocity, prevailing wage or a piece work/commission system is a plus!

Accounting Assistant – Opportunity to Advance

The Position:

We are looking for an individual who has previous experience working in an accounting department and has a strong understanding of Excel and Adobe. They will need to be able to learn new software including Sage, Timberline and in some cases, our builders’ software. We need them to be able to multi-task and keep track of many deadlines as well as have a willingness to jump in where needed for a wide variety of tasks. The perfect individual is dependable, efficient, positive, detailed, a self-starter, and a quick learner.

Work schedule will be Monday – Friday with flexible start times. Starting rate range $22-$25. Annual salary range $45,760 - $58,000 DOE.

Must Haves:

  • Be a Quick Learner, Self-Starter and be able to Multi Task

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an Accounting Department, specific accounting education preferred but not required

  • Basic understanding of general accounting practices including: General Ledgers, AR, Bank Reconciling, etc.

  • Previous successful job experience and references

  • Detailed knowledge of Excel and a Strong Understanding of Adobe

  • Ability to pass a drug test and willing to complete a background check*

  • Ability to hear, read and speak fluent English with legible handwriting

  • Communicate well in a team-setting and with customers over the phone
