**Part Time/Flexible Scheduling**

SUMMARY

We are a well-established family owned Everett firm looking for someone who wants to come work with our Sales Director to ensure his busy sales team has the things they need to keep our business continuing to grow. Some of the duties would include: Helping maintain email, helping with calendar events and organizing a schedule, organizing, filing and doing product research as well as running errands as needed.  A good candidate will have strong computer skills, writing skills and be very organized. Compensation 

Work Hours are part time and flexible - four to six hours daily. Typical work week is Monday - Friday. Starting wage is $15-16 per hour DOE plus benefits!

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent communication Skills---soliciting, receiving, and sharing job details

  • Professional in dress, speech and mannerisms

  • High efficiency, and strong organizational skills

  • Highly dependable and able to maintain high level of confidentiality

  • High initiative and strong problem solver

  • Basic math skills

  • Detail Oriented

  • Proficiency at data entry

  • Ability to learn quickly, follow instructions, perform multiple tasks and work independently

  • Ability to hear, read, and speak fluent English

  • Experience with Microsoft Windows & Office Products

  • Reliable transportation to work

  • Work and communicate well in a team-setting

  • Previous successful job experience and references

  • Ability to understand drawings and manage details

  • Excellent driving record, and current driver’s license

  • Pass drug screening that includes marijuana and complete a criminal background check.

**Experience in Construction not required but is a plus. Blueprint reading also a plus.**
